LED door sills

I finally got around to putting on my LED door sills. The more I get in my car .. the more I like them. Was a bit of a pain the way I wired them up .. but they work with the door opening, unlocking and also fade out like the map lights. Here are some pics.

i want to order a set, but wonder how you wired them....or do they come with some level of instruction? I'd like for them to come on with doors opening and also fade like the dome lights. I've only had my M3H since Jan 06. Was the last new 05 in Sacramento. Just ordered the LED replacement mirrors, badgeless grill that is close to the look of the factory one, and clear side markers on the rear bumper. Anyhow, any feedback about the led sills would be appreciated.

Show us/Tell us what you got, Man! Set up an Avator and a signature, and include pics. You say you've got an '05 "3" HB, but that covers a lot of ground these days....?

yeah they stick over the existing ones with double sidded M3 tape...very strong hold.

Oh I guess the 3 ones are different then the MP5 ones.

Sorry guys .. site was down and I have been a bit busy lately. I wired these in to my plug for my sunroof/map lights. I can take pics if you would like to see how I have them wired. I ran a wire through the roof and down the side, under the carpet and came out where the hole in the carpet is under the seat. I can post pics of all this if someone needs help.

LOL .. yeah .. they are about that color, wish they would make real blue ones, but they look real nice at night, during the day you can't really tell they light up.
