I can not manage to get even one out of the 8 in total bolts to budge, and I've almost stripped one now.

I'm guessing you can't just slide the seats out without the tracks either because of rivets on the tracks.

I'm getting angry now...

Try to spray it with some loosening agents like break-away or wd-40 or something like that, let it sit for a while, spray it some more, etc., and it should be pretty easy to take out. Also, if you don't have an impact wrench, use a crow's foot wrench and hit it with a mallet to gradually loosen it -- much easier than straining in one big move and much less likely to strip anything.

You only need to remove the 4 that are holding the bracket. They are under the 4 plasitc caps on the floor.

Trying WD-40 now, if not I'll be taking the impact to it tomorrow.

Those are the bolts I'm trying to remove, I have 2 seats :p

Mine were a piece of cake to get off... I can't see them being stuck in any way. Just get a decent socket wrench and good sockets.

How the hell are you stripping them?

Well mine are being a bitch, I think they've been removed in the past probably by the shop that fixed my car before I bought it, the bolts look like they were settled in a different spot originally. They probably used an impact to tighten them back down, grrrr....

The one is almost stripped because it's one of the rear ones that sits almost sideways, I tried putting the socket on it and then giving it a piledriver.... didn't work too well

Go to Sears and get a bolt out (http://www.sears.com/sr/javasr/search.do?BV_UseBVCookie=Yes&verticalFullName=Tools&keyword=bolt+out&displayTarget=searchresults&gobutton.x=0&gobutton.y=0&gobutton=find)

If it is just stuck use a cheater on your ratchet after spraying some WD.

pull the plastic caps.............(just pull up) their are 4 bolts holding the brackets on the floorpan. after you get the caps off use a air gun and take the 4 bolts off. then pull the seats out with the rails attached..............
