I was thinking the same, that looks like a scoop. Kinda similar to the STi?

you know all the hot air coming from the evo vent will go back into the engine into the scoop? right...

airflow patters on that hood are going to be all f'ed up. +1 for being different, and it might work I guess. Air will be turbulent just after the hood cowl and dive down into the vents as it should. The air that streams over the turbulent region will go right into the hood scoop if it is functional. But it does not look to smooth though.... none of the lines flow.

You realize the idea for the scoop on the Scooby is to feed the TMIC right?
Last time I checked, the MSP has a SMIC.

Dont mater i like it thats why its on the car and i have to FMIC now the scoop cools down the intake manifold LOL...

You realize the idea for the scoop on the Scooby is to feed the TMIC right?
Last time I checked, the MSP has a SMIC.
