Quick question for those who have ordered aftermarket trim pieces....(at least pieces that go over the radio portion, if they make them). Do the new pieces snap over the existing plastic or does it replace it? I just ask because i am trying to find a way to cover these holes in my dash (I am looking to move my switches between the knobs)...let me know if that post makes any sense to you guys

ur trying to cover those switches above the heat and ac controls?? If so when i gotta CF dash kit it covers that area. Ive never see any colored plastic to replace that.

On a side note ive got sumthin for everyone, i think its gonna turn out bad ass. The first 2 pieces are done and just need some final touches. Ill post pics once its all done and the cars back together.

heres a pic of the CF dash kit that i got, i dont know of anything else that would work. Unless you took it all apart, used some plastic filler, sanded it down and then repainted it black. lol, but thats a lot of work.
Just in case, i got the trim kit at www.bdtrims.com . And if you do decide to order it lemme know because i know were a dealer for them, maybe i could get better prices.

thanks for the pictures. That would be a good solution, but I am not sure that I really like it all that much.

My kit definately wasnt gonna fall off, when i just took some of the other parts off it was a pain in the ass. I had to get a heat gun and melt it, then roll it all off with my thumb. If you use that adhesive promoter when you do the install it holds really good.
