Rockblockers for paint?

i do a lot of highway driving and i get a few chips in my paint along the front bumper and fenders. does any one know of a place where i can get something like a rockblocker but for the bumper and fenders?

Or just go to any decal shop that cuts vinyl signs and see if they carry the large sheets of 3m tape. Some shops even have the cut out info for vehicle front ends.
