i have a automatic p5 and i mite get a AEM short ram intake for a manuel, will it matter or not???????

An intake is simply the method the engine uses to suck air into itself. It should not matter a hill of beans if you have an automatic or manual. But if I'm wrong, I will stand corrected. :)

i think the only difference in intakes is the AEM CAI, the auto and manuals are a lil different, but idt the SRIs differ

Technically, AEM does not make a true cold air intake. Both versions are SRI's. The manual version places the filter down where the auto tranny would be, and the mauto SRI sits up higher.

it won't fit. the m/t one is longer than the a/t AEM short ram intake. u could try making it fit but i've never seen it done.

i knew i would be corrected...i have heard of people putting the manual SRI on an automatic tho. i take it that the manual one draws in more cold air than the auto one?
