Dealer Damage Aaaaahhh

Alright, just purchased a 03 protege 5 manual with 20,000 miles on it from a dealer ship and one of the backets holding on the front bumper was broken. In the process of fixing this they put a 2 inch crack with 2 little cracks around it. The cracks are located around the inside of the light. Dealer said they would fix it......will they replace the whole front bumper or what will they do??
