well i wake up this morning with a nice little list of to-do's for the Mazda. i get dressed and get ready to run to the local auto parts to pick up a few things. i get about half way to my car when i notice the hole in my driver's side door glass, WTF! guess it could've been worse they didn't steal anything. the little green eyed hater inside just couldn't help themselves apparently. i'm more pissed i had to try to knock out the broken glass without scratching the paint or the door panel.

I feel ya', dude. My 1st gen pro had the back window busted by some teenaged kid with a spark plug. I caught it on tape but it was too dark for proof. It pissed me off. I'm worried about leaving my car in places I can't keep an eye on it. Even at work, I park in front of the store rather the mall management allows it or not. Or, I park in a spot where I can have a good view of it. But I am sorry it happened to you. I was going to comment on your car in another thread a few days ago because I liked the graphics on it. Good work on it and sorry again.

i won't find out who did it there's so many little punks around my area is pathetic. my family owns a glass shop that's kinda why i'm not too burnt about it, that's just what they want anyway. they got my Q45 though now that was expensive i'm still burnt about that one (pissed)

I also feel your pain. Punk kids through a a rock about the size of two bowling balls through the back window of my wife's Beetle. They didn't take anything, but left the giant rock sitting in the back seat. (blowup) The worst part (besides picking up all the broken glass) was leaving the car out in the parking lot again the next night knowing it could just happen again. I don't need to tell you that though...

i didn't let it ruin my day that's for sure. i pulled my strut bar out, painted it black and reinstalled it. i pulled my lower grill out and made a mesh pattern for it and pulled my upper grill out cause i got a new one comin in. even tossed on the new shorty antenna. wrapped my new header cause it's going on tomorrow with a JDM door glass conversion (boom07)

that totally sucks ass man. we get a lot of this crap where i live...just a bunch of punks that want to vandalize things. i remember reading of a guy here in michigan who had a sobe bottle thrown through his rear window. the bottle busted, spreading the stuff all over his interior, along with the broken glass. helluva clean up job that guy had.

it's raining now. i have no window yet cause the parts runner skipped my town on "accident". i have installed a cardboard rain deflector(not OEM) cause i have no cover to park under. i can't go anywhere cause,duh, no window and i have no idea when it's getting here. whole day shot. i am much more unhappy than yesterday. making the one responsible for this eat a shotgun does not seem like all that bad of an idea right now. on the upside--new grille came in (thumb)

When haters attack: I washed and polished my car last weekend, took me about 4 hours. tonight I go out and find that someone poured coke all over my front fenders, bumper, hood, and windshield, now the car smells, and it's sticky

Man that sucks. A few years ago my dad had a '79 RX-7. He parked it on the street for ONE night, and when we went out to the car the next day, the driver side window was in a billion little pieces, all of which were inside the car. Nothing stolen. All we found was a single BB laying on the seat. Some piece of human garbage must've shot it with BB gun.

Another day I walked out to my '69 bug, with the intention of adjusting my carbs, when I noticed that some other piece of human garbage had attempted to steal the Volkswagen badge from my decklid, but had only managed to break it in 3 places, and scratch the lid a little. If I had ever found the punk who did, I would've made him eat the damn badge. Literaly. "Here's the badge you wanted so badly!! You like the taste of it?!" lol

Thought I'd add to this... I got up and went to work one morning and found this (picture below) window cost me 400 bucks to replace, insurance didn't pay dime. I didn't have a garage door opener so I would leave me car on the street... I went and bought a garage door opener... now my car is in the garage at all times.
