sweet, I'll be preping mine this summer. I'm planning on a rollbar for now, then front tubes later when the car isn't street driven :)

A rollcage is ok in a street car as long as you have door bar swing outs. I wish someone made one for my P5 that still allowed rear passengers. If I ever turn it into a track only car, i'll fab my own up.

I really like the Autopower roll par. The fit is very good. I have some pictures with the interior in this thread: http://www.msprotege.com/forum/showthread.php?t=106465&highlight=roll+cage

And I attached a couple I just took. Please forgive the mess. The car is torn apart right now.

is that the "Race" cage? Looks really nice...I might have to pick one of these up for my RX7

It's not a full cage, it is a 4-point roll bar. They do make cages that are SCCA and NASA legal though.

Thanks for the pics. Does the interior have to remain out, or would it be possible to keep a stock-ish looking backseat with the cage installed. I know pirahna has one, but i can't find pictures of his backseat.

If you look at the pics I put in the other thread, they have the interior. The only part you would need to cut or leave out are the plastic covers on the sides of the back seat.

Yes, it is the race with welded harness bar. The difference for Autopower between race and street is the diagonal brace.
