What's the ecu difference????

What's the difference between MSP ecu's?? I know some are FSAE 18881A and some are FSAE 18881B and C and D and some are MSPO-18881? Is one better than the other??? I am thinking of buying one from someone and their's is the FSAE-18881A. Any info would be appreciated.

Its all the same, just that some came with the update and the older ones didn't. Why do you want another one?
