Well, the pro is wrecked up. Some old guy decided to back over the hood at a stoplight. Hood, core support, grille, condenser, and bumper cover are trashed. One headlight might be done also. Possibly rad too. Friggin sucks. This is wreck #3 for the pro. Wifey was driving it....(bang) Bad year so far, wifey's honda lost a motor, my wagon is a daily driver now, and now the protege gets wrecked. Lots of other worse stuff also. blah...

Yeah, it's at the shop now. Not gonna do any aftermarket substitutions. Car aready gets too much attention from the cops. If anything, I'm going to put most of the stock stuff back on. (wheels, exhaust, intake)

I defiantly backed into a guy yesterday going 1 mph and dented his left rear door as he was driving by... Scraped up on my paint and a scuff mark. But hey! My car still isnt fixed from when my mom backed up and dented 5 panels on my left side!

Thats sucks!

On a side note, I was at a stop light a few weeks ago. I was in one of the two lanes to go straight(the left lane) and an older fella in a Buick was in the lane beside me getting ready to go left. Well, he decided he pulled up to far so he put it in reverse and backed it up. In the mean time I am watching him because I couldn't remember seeing him put it in drive, well the light turned green and he went about 5 ft. backwards before putting it in drive. He was lucky no one was behind him!

Got the partial estimate...2600 and climbing. Upper core support, rad, condenser, pass side headlight, hood, and repair of bumper cover. The headlight lens is still OK, so I'm keeping it to take apart ot attempt the blackout.

I've seen that before, funny as hell, usually they catch it, but the older they are, the longer it takes em.

On topic, that sucks man, I hope all goes well in the repairs, and the old guy loses a nut or something for hurting a protege.

Don't worry, that's just a civic...a beater car...LOL.

I wish the wife was driving the civic. The motor let go last month. That car would have been totalled. I could have fixed it for like 500 bucks and kept driving it, and had like 1800 bucks left from the insurance company...
