Map light install?

Does anyone know how to install map lights in these cars? one of mine blew out, and I don't know how to remove the whole dome light assembly...and I'm afraid that I'll break it if I try to rip it off.

It's really easy. Just use a small flat head screw driver, or anything flat and small enough, and insert into the middle tab, and gently pry the whole plastic assembly down and towards the opposite end of the assembly. You may have to fiddle with it a bit, but it'll come out. The tab is circled in the first pic. The second pic is what it looks like removed.
