I have installed my 3" jpipe back exhaust and the only draw back is the fact that the muffler is pushing up on the bumper, i have replaced the hangars with kartboy's but it is still doing it, i had to take the rear skirt off the car so i can figure out what im gonna do. Before i cut this thing is there anything someone can tell me to help make this work? I have a lot of problems with the rear and front coming apart from the bumpers on the car, its really pissing me off and making the car look like shit. I am trying to do everything possible to make this work right. I have an fmic and chip on the way and i want to get the car looking right by june.

All help is appreciated

Thanks!!!

try using a stock hanger for the last one instead of a kartboy. maybe the stock one will give a little and allow the exhaust to hang somewhat and not push up on the bumper.

Actually i left those on for like a week to see if there would be any change but it didnt work and the downpipe was banging on the black cross memeber i believe

Brian... how about unbolting the cross member, and putting some washers, to give you another half inch clearance. That may work... I think others on the forum have done this.
