yea well i keep tellin ppl that by late spring im gonna hook my car up a little... well, i finally have money to do it, and i also have some money saved up so i have a good budget... i'd say by late spring/early summer i'd have $3-4000 bucks on me... so as of right now wat would u guys purchase with this kind of money...
keep in mind, i already have my CAI hooked up, i have a new "stock" exhaust manifold, and i'm getting some valvetrain work done this wednesday... i'm getting my springs installed very soon aswell...
I'm debating though, i was thinking of getting the mental addictions manifold and than getting the HKS exhaust...
than again i really want that greddy type s bov so i would need the FMI... damit, i don't know wat to get... and or wat brand...
if yall had a speed like mines, wat would u do with this kind of money?
should i wait? or get pieces by pieces and than install them when i have them all or buy them all at once...

Some sort of engine management.....MPI, UNICHIP, AFC. Grab that MAM mani if he still sells it along with a front mount IC........maybe even some Carbon Fiber for the front and back.......the GT SPEC lineup is sweet also.
So much to chose from my friend.

lol $1291 wouldnt fully fund a roth....unless his total earnings for 06 are only $1291 & he's using it all for a contribution...

Buy 1291 Lotto tickets. If you win then it's a great return. If you lose, you'll get it back next year.

i would advise you to upgrade things in a way that they dont have to be changed again later. Best bolt on for the money IMO is the protegegarage intake manifold. 15WHP @ stock boost, makes even more as the boost goes up and cost like $~200. After that turboback exhaust and an EMS. Your money is now gone but you will get to work much faster which should get you a raise in the near future for showing up early everyday. :)

bov will do nothing for you performance wise, but i love the pshhh sound! you need hard pipes to put the bov on but i think i remember someone putting one on the stock plastic pipes. if you vent to atmosphere then the car will stall. you either have to relocate the MAF (i have read its not difficult to do but you have to have hardpipes) or run a dual bpv/bov setup to successfully vent. you can recirculate the air back into the system but why buy the BOV and waste the money if your going to recirculate.

ghl is a kickass exhaust system

all right i've made up my mind... as soon as i get the nice ass check im gonna buy the following...
SMIC
Greddy Type S BOV...
now where to buy these at a good price... i know vendors here are good but anybody got places so i can compare?... i know ima need to weld the flange for my bov, i have a friend to do that for me... so my current bpv system, do i jus cap the cai outlets or wat? cuz it has a hole coming out to my current bpv system... now that i'm getting hardpipes i'm not gonna need that anymore...
the exhaust ima be like $100 short so ima save that money for tires and shit... the exhaust will come last cuz i love the sound of all motor and my turbo spooling...
i made this decision cuz i fell in love wit the bov sound... the intercooler gives me some more power and also i get a nice ass sound aswell...
here are some clips i found... badass!...

after buying the hardpipes and smic the price is similar to a front mount kit so why not get one instead?

wats the difference...
all i know that the smic has a sleeper look to it... like, i can say its stock but it reality its has a nice big intercooler on it... while fmic ruins the look... though if its a power difference, how much of a difference is it...

if you ever plan on boosting over about 10 psi then you will want to get a fmic. anything under a smic will be sufficient. im just trying to help you keep your options open!

i'm not gonna boost past 10psi... i'm afraid to anyways... so smic is good, ok...

I need to get a job so I can have an income tax return. I need $4750 for an engine rebuild (for those un-familiar with rotarys, my engine is "blown" but the car can still trap about 120mph, roataries only lose power rather than stop working when you have low compression)
