Both lips on my car are starting to separate itself from the front and rear bumpers. I was thinking of using 3M tape but i dont think its gonna hold cause it looks like the same stuff used by the factory is there anything else or has anyone else used anything diffrent like some sort of adhesive or something?

thanks,

I believe there is a TSB for these items. If you are still in warranty, your dealer should fix it for free. My rear lip is coming off a well, but I plan on fixing it myself with the heavy duty 3M tape (having installed three DG lips, I trust myself more than a guy in the servive bay that possibly has not been confronted with this issue yet).

LOL.

Mine was pulling apart as well, but only because the body shop that did the work before I bought it didn't do a very good job. Now that my car got hit again I'll get it reattatched as part of the labor. Sucks that Mazda didn't get the molds quite right at the factory.
