I'm planning on changing the drive belts on my pro this monday since I have off from work, but when I look at the engine it seems kinda difficult since some things look like they need to be removed, could someone explain to me what I need to do? pictures will be very helpful. I"ve done this on my 91 subaru legacy and the chaging was so damn easy, I'm hoping on the pro its not that dificult.
Anyways thanx to all who help me out with this.
here is a write-up that I made for JCell when he was changing his underdrive pulley. Look at 2nd post in that thread. Half of it explains how to remove and install the belts.

Just wanted to add, before you loosen those pivot bolts, make sure you loosen the mounting bolts for the respective accessories (P/S, Alt). Otherwise no amount of loosening on the pivot bolts will make a difference.

the lower alternator mounting bolt is easiest to get at from under the car.. if you have ramps or jackstands. also mine were rusted in place so it ended up taking a few days of soak time with some pbblaster
