whinning noise...not turbo?

okay i hear this like whinning noise (constant at about 3000 rpm in fith gear on the freeway.....only when i have the accelerator pushed in if i let off it goes away it starts at 3000 and goes till about 3200rpm? any guess of what that could be?

Intake, vac, exhaust, any metal rubing what type of noise is this. have you gone under the hood or car to see if anything is out of place? How long has this been going on?

i have that, too. *I THINK* it's something to do with a rotating part on the drive belt. i put up a video somewhere a while ago, can't get a definitive answer. is this what it sounds like ?

wow mines not that loud at all mines like a whine that i can hear but not overly loud........Nothings outta place no leaks at all im guessing belt or something like i said only in 5th gear
