First off the big ones, Pacman and Ms Pacman mini arcades. These are highly collectable and have seen them sell well into the $100's on ebay. The are in near mint condition and both have the battery doors which alot dont have anymore

The white one is Thundering Turbo. The one you are thinking of is Planet Zeon "maneuver through space as you battle enemy spaceships. you must destroy them before they destroy you" is what it says on the back of the Sky Attack box

They are both 3D games you hold up to your face and the light goes through the top to light the board
