1/4 mile time for mazda 6

The Atenza/6 has 2.0 and 2.3L as engine options in other markets (ie Japan).

I heard of a 2.0L ATX Atenza with the stock 17" wheels shod with Toyo T1-R, and a Magnaflow exhaust that got 16.70.

even tho i sorta want one, but ima wait to see wat the next mazdaspeed will be (rx8 or mazda3) then ill decide whether ill fork out the extra for a speed version or not

I think you're confusing the NA Atenza in my post with the Mazdaspeed 6.

why i want to know is because i may decide to purchase a mazda 6 pretty soon. I live in the Caribbean and we don't get the 2.3L 160hp nor the 3.0L V6 220hp version

we get the 2.0L 148hp version........want to knwo if dis engine is good for modding and how much money would be needed to make it at least a 14 seconds car on NA.

Any help would be greatly apreciated
