did they ever release the mazdaspeed rx-8, as i recall i have only ever seen one on the road and never any at dealerships.

no official ms RX-8 has been released here in the US, only MS accessories for the 8

in Japan there is a MS8. limited production and all sold out by December. No significant HP gains but improved suspention, better cooling, better aero, stiffer chasis and throttle response.

Hp was increased by like 11 hp or something via intake and exhaust.

it was enough to give alot of cars a run for its money in BMI. which goes to show you that going fast doesnt mean power.

not from the factory. not anytime soon. The renisis side port design makes it a bit different under turbocharging. Plus because of emissions it will be hard to see a turbo Renisis from the factory. Now Supercharging is another story.

Yes they have a bunch of turbo RX8s...but they werent from Mazda.

Even when they race its a NA 20B.

yeah supercharging would be pretty interesting I dont think ive ever heard of one supercharged rotary motor
