Amp for power wire

I am trying to find out how to run my power wire. right now I have it run through my fender and my door. I don't want that eyesore anymore. I just don't know where to drill at and don't want to hit anything.

I ran 2ga thru the firewall near the main wiring harness. There is a rubber boot with enough room to run it through. It's behind the battery in my speed6.
