Lexus has certainly set the new standard in ultra-conservative automotive design. I'd say it'll be a close heat between that thing and the new impala for more forgettable car evAr!

lexus should sever all ties between their designers and the toyota designers - this looks way too new camry

(and that's with the extra body cladding)

although, it doesn't get much uglier than the current ES ... so congrats on the improvement (ugh)

Nate the ES has always looked similar to the Toyota Camry and Avalon.

No kinding! I was reading somewhere else about Lexus has a different department from Toyota for styling and design. But I guess you have to work with what you have.

HELLOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO wheel gap!

The designers get it. I've never seen a single prototype vehicle that had a wheel gap greater than 2" but for some reason when the cars go to production they miss the boat completely. If you put larger wheels on, don't friggen increase the wheel well size!!!

I'd say the front looks just fine :)
