O2 Sensor

I thought I have seen this issue pop up from time to time but I can't remember nor find the threads w/ the issue. Is there a common problem w/ the O2 Sensors in the P5s? Is there an official site that lists this problem which does not charge you to use the site, i.e. the Technical Service Bulletin? Much mahalo!
