Help!! Valve Cover Clips!

I'm trying to paint my valve cover and I'm trying to get the wires off of my valve cover but they seem to be clipped in. How do those clips come off? Do I just pop them out or do I need to unscrew something?

Use needle nose pliers and look under the zip tie. You'll see a tab that you need to push down towards the cover. Then pull the hose to the left and the tie will loosen.
