My friend works in service at Mazda and they just got in the 2006 Mazdaspeed catalog, which contains a bumper just like this one for the US RX-8. Which is possibly my next car. Just have to save $$ to pay for the gas it sucks up.

And a gas mask for when you start your car up in the winter. Loading the trunk during this point is a delicate manner.

Hold breath, throw things in, run, gasp for air, hold breath, throw stuff in etc.

im not familar with the rx8's stock power could u post some specs please. never a fan of rx8s but for some reason this thing looks nice. maybe its the color or those bad ass brakes who knows

yeah those wheels look like edr or the excel knockoffs. I love the look. really nice. So is it gonna stick to what they've been saying, with no real hp increase but mostly looks/handling changes? Probonly like a 20hp or less difference or something

dude, dont you know that blue engine covers make the car faster. See blue is the color of the warp chamber in Star Trek. The blue of the Warp Drive helps propel something as large and heavy as a spaceship up to Warp 9.9-10. Imagine what the color blue could do to a light car like an RX8. Especially when the blue is so close to the engine. Enzo, watch the f**k out

For this cars Mazdaspeed version to have no additional power is a crime against god in the Day of Evo's, STi's, 350Z's, GTO, and and even old favorites like the Mustang putting down 300 hp $25k. Not to mention now Mazda has a larger, heavier sedan that can keep up with if not surpass the RX-8 for the same money.

In short, get the god damn power up to a compeditive level or dump the rotary as a failed experiment and put the 2.3 turbo in that bitch, crank it up to 300 ponies and lets kick some ass.
It might look hot, but it too easily falls into the catagory of "All show, no go"

how decidedly unimpressive. its so plain looking. Looks like a lame-o front bumper some rx8 owner bought from erebuni and then found the cheapest place to get a set of wheels and wound up with a style currently knocked off by at least 27 asian manufacturers formerly found on wheelmax.com

Yeah, but THIS body kit is especially C6 looking. And the C6 came before this body kit. :P
