Okay i have a Type S Replica bov and i recirculated it and it is still stalling???? Also im getting massive compression surge (turkey), The main thing i am wondering is why is it still stalling and the rpm's are still dropping real fast and bouncing back up?? Here is a picture of the set-up

lol to that setup...

check vac lines
I also got major turkey with the type-s Recirculated. Make sure the screw is loose, but if you are recirculating that should not be a problem.

Check vac lines then mess with the softness/hardness of the BOV.

FYI you would be better off wrapping the IC->TB pipe. The intercooler is to lower temps, wrapping the cold pipe keeps the colder temps insulated (the pipe runs right next to the engine). Just my .02.

you need to change the maf placement.

weird setup...

but you probably have a big vacuum leak somewhere. what kind of tubing is that? it looks like a big plastic straw.

Actually all that is wrong is that your recirc line is to short. If you lengthen the recird line it will go away. Mine is about 2.5 feet long. If it is to short it shoots the air back into the system before you are opened up. The air has no where to go but back out your intake. The MAF is not very happy when air is going by it thw wrong way...

Going well so far. I think the spring is a little stiffer then the type s though. All the way turned to the lightest setting I still get some fluttering... How is the S??
