A list of the companies I could come up with that sell OEM gasket sets or head gaskets for the 2.0L FS-DE:

- Ajusa Gasket Set
- Cometic Head Gasket (Coming Soon)
- Fel-Pro Head Gasket
- Topline Head Gasket
- OEM Gasket Set

Anyone swear by any of these? I have a built short block coming in from MAM but I'm still using the stock head and turbo so I won't be pushing more than 12-14psi.

A friend of mine who is a Mustang guy swears buy Cometic, but I don't think I can wait until they release their product. I've heard Top Line isn't the greatest and in that case Mazda OEM should be used.

I'm leaning a little towards Ajusa since it's an aftermarket full set.

I just want to make sure I put the engine together right.

As well, my new block is .20 overbore, will that make a difference in gasket size?

Last thing, any recommendations on what else I should replace since I'll have the engine torn apart?

Sorry on the Cometic site it's not on the catalouge, and another parts ite it says coming soon.

I can pick up an OEM Mazda Gasket Set for $340Cdn, and Timing Belt for $72Cdn.

I'm thinking that's all I should replace during the re and re.

Anyone know of better prices, or a good on-line order site?

but i thought that you are bored and that would change your piston size therefore requiring a different gasket size????

I would go either OEM or Cometic.
