Are there any cooling upgrades for auto cars?

I know the maunal guys can upgrade the radiator car to 1.3 bar but the auto has a diffrent radiator. I routinley see over 220* when driving hard. I know this is terrible for the tranny, becuase the tranny coolent lines go through it. With the tranny fluid being at 200 + degrees its killing itsself.

I plan on installing a dedicated tranny cooler for it. But theres still the problem of the engine coolent being crazy hot. It takes a long as time to cool off too. I did over 10 miles before I just gave in and had to turn on the heating to bring down the temp at all.

I think, but don't quote me 100%, that either Mazdaspeed or Ron Davis make an aftermarket radiator for all models of 3rd gen. Also, try some of that Water Wetter stuff here (http://www.redlineoil.com/whitePaper/17.pdf) .

you can also change the cap on the auto cars.. there are two styles of cap.. the auto uses one style, and the manual cars uses the other.

the aftermarket Ron Davis and PWR radiators both use the auto style cap. so when my RD radiator comes in I'll need to change the cap anyways.
