Note sure where to put this so a mod can move it if they want

Well my damn wiper squitter decided not to work for some reason. I had disconnected the lines over the summer because I had the gemini hood without any wiper nozzle holes so I just left the hose hanging in the bay until late November when I reconnected the old hood for the winter. Well, a week or so ago when I needed to clean my windshield nothing came out. I checked the resivoir and it was still full then I blew in the lines that are on the hood and they're clear and then sucked the hose that goes to the resevoir to see if it was clear and it was(ohh on a side note, if you ever swallow some dont worry too much. I only swallowed maybe a tiny little drop or two and it didn't kill me. I'll tell you what it did though, I gave me the runs about 10min later. ohh thank god I was near my bathroom cause it hit hard and fast out of nowhere). Ok, so I turn down the radio and listen for the motor but dont hear it. Is there any checks I can perform? I looked for a fuse but couldn't find one for it but on the other hand checked every single fuse and they're fine:D. Is this simple to fix or replace and is it cheap?

just found it. Looks pretty simple. it states to remove front bumper but I'm going to try to do it without removing it if possible. It also had how to check it out, but I'm sure it's not working. Now I just have to buy a motor for it :(
