so I was lookin around corksport, and I found these http://corksport.com/store/item/ab04/99p-lights/J-SPEC_JDM_Sport_20_Headlight_Conversion_99_00.html I was wonderin if anyone has done this and do you really need new fenders? They look the same shape as the stock 99 headlights.
oh and if you don't need new fenders, does anyone know a place to buy these? $944 is quite alot of money to spend on headlights and I really need new headlights.

I think it mentioned "Fender lights" not fenders...
yeah... $944 is too much in my book. Why do you need new headlights?

You might get lucky on ebay and find something cheap, but http://procarparts.com/ has the blacked out headlights for 135 bucks.

i need new headlights cuz i live in minnesota, and the car is from 99, so it has been through 6 winters, and thank you for the link, but i was really lookin for those J-spec ones, i like the 2 bulb look of them.

The Sport20 headlights need new fenders because the corner lights are actually smaller than the US spec ones.

No one I know has put the Sport20 headlights onto a UDSM car w/o the fenders.
I'm still running the UDSM lights/fenders on my car.

does anyone know if the US clear corners will fit with the Sport 20 headlight?

if u get the sport20 headlight, im pretty sure you would need to do the whole conversion with fenders and all... i know the sport20 corners are smaller, and i assume that means the sport20 headlight is slightly larger as well...

The only way you can use the Sport20 lights is to buy the fenders also. Then I'm pretty sure that you will need the bumper and grille also. Theres no way around it.
US corners will not fit the JDM lights.
The way Negatize has his car set-up is the only way you can mix-match the Sport20 and 99-00 US car parts. (US lights and JDM bumper and grille.)
If you do get the lights you wil need to re-wire your headlights. There is actually a seperate headlight, high-beam (2 lights you see in the headlight housing) and a small city light tucked up in the top of the high-beam pocket.
If you dont re-wire them you will either have only low OR high beams. Not both.
Trust me, thats actually my car in the pics on Corksports site. I've done the entire conversion.

The Sport 20 headlights are a dual bulb setup with high and low beam being seperate. The kit includes the headlights, corner lights, fenders, and fender lights. Wiring is required for installation.

I can sell you one headlamp for really cheap and can try to find the other one on ebay. Trying to find a set of 99-00 headlamps on Ebay is almost impossible.

You've seen my car. What do you think: blacked out headlamps and corners or no? Im kinda in between the all clear look with a nice HID kit in them (headlamps that is) or the black housing (to match the black mica on hood) with HID kit.
