This Optimus brand stereo equalizer has barely been used, only installed by a friend and then he took it out when he put in an aftermarket HU and full system.

It boosts the signal an additional 15 watts per channel I believe (I'll check again when I get home) and lets you have complete control over the sound signal.
It has line level inputs as well as pre-amp RCA inputs.

All wires are labeled clearly and has in-line fuse for power. Really easy to install.

$15 plus shipping from 21230. (should easily fit in a USPS priority box)

PM me.

do you have the model number?
If it is an equalizer it only boosts the signal.. (measured in voltage)
If it is an amplifier it would boost the power.. (measured in watts)

sorry to nit-pick, it definately looks like a EQ though. Is It 1/2 DIN?

15 bucks definately sounds like a good price (bump)

I'll look on it tonight. It definitely says equalizer/booster and has a watt measurment. It has a button on the far right to turn on/off the power. I think I cut that off in the photo. Look at the overall photo to see it.

I forgot to write it down and bring it with me. (had to borrow a camera)

OK, just checked it out.
It is an Optimus model no: 12-1972A
On the back it says:
"4x18 watt amplifier with 7-band equalizer"

It has RCA inputs
It has Line level inputs
It also has a CD 1/8" input on the front.
It has a fader F to R, and small LED light bars to show the levels L and R.
It does in fact look like a 1/2 DIN size.

FYI: Optimus is a RadioShack brand...but $15 is a good deal.

Anyone looking to power some aftermarket coaxial speakers with their stock head unit should consider this a quick and easy way to double the wattage to their speakers.
