Try the junk yard first. There is always the yellow pages too.
http://www.jdmenginedepot.com/catalog/index.php I didn't buy from this outfit but they have the advantage of being a formal business. If something goes wrong, you have recourse. If you don't care about it being a JDM engine, then just do a Google search and see what you come up with.
