the bolts to put the brakets on are already made into the ES...heck...i did it on ym wifes LX and it bolted right up.

you need to find a way to mount the rear defogger/defroster on the MSP, other than that...get the brakets of from the msp and install everything you remove from the msp onto the ES....removal of rear speakers is a must(if existant) since the sub won't go in with them installed

3rd gen. 'how-to' section is intended for write-ups only (thumb)

Do you have any pics of the LX install? I have all the brakets, but I am not sure how they go together. Also, what about the defogger? I do not have a MSP, so I am unsure about relocating it. Thanks for the help.

there is a braket that is bigger than the other one, that's the one that goes on the driver side....you don't have to worry about deffoger since you don't have an msp...just forget it..

and you need to remove the speakers from the back..i'm not sure if the ES has them in the back doors or the rear deck

I have the rear speakers in the deck, so I have to move them? That sucks! Do you have any pics of how it should look?Where would I put the rear speakers if I have to move them?

i think in the es's, the speakers are in the rear deck (6x9s). in the msp, there are no rear deck speakers, but there are rear door speakers (5x7s/6x8s (same size)). So you would have to get rid of the 6x9s and buy 5x8s for the rear doors if you still want to have 4 speakers, assuming you dont already have door speakers

Yes, the speakers are in the rear deck. can any take some pics of how the brackets go? I bought a speaker set and have no clue how to put the puzzle of brackets together. thanks
