Audi is getting ready to replace its TT coupe and convertible for the first time since the compact two-seaters were introduced in 1998.
The TT is getting a complete sheet-metal overhaul and mechanical upgrade, along with a refurbished roomier cabin. The exterior redesign, which will emulate the brands evolving family look, was previewed recently at the Tokyo Motor Show in the Audi Shooting Brake concept.
The '07 TT coupe is expected to make its public debut next spring at the Geneva show and will likely go on sale in North America in the fall. It will be followed in spring 2007 by the new TT convertible.
