Warrenty question

Alright, I bought my car about 2 years ago from the dealer new. At the time it was under my moms name, and I have been giving her money each month ever since for it. I told her in the begining that I wanted to mod it and that would void my warrenty. She insisted on getting a 10 year warrenty anyway. My question is, now that she knows my warrenty is void, and i havnt had any warrenty work done beyond the range of the standard one, could I then get a refund on the 10 year warrenty because I never used it or went into the extended time period?

You'll have to read the fine print on the contract. There should be a cancellation provision. If, so you will be able to get something back.
