View Full Version : Toggle switch/ interior neons

Hey guys, i bought a toggle switch and 2 8'' eurolite tubes. i want to mount them under the dash, but how do i wire this, i have NO CLUE, also wats the max # of lights i can put on the toggle safely? i heard 2. i want to put the 2 under the dash, 2 in the door panel storage things, and a 5'' mini tube behind the main 2 a/c vents in the center console. how do i go about wiring the 2 tubes on a toggle?

Instead of running the power to these lights through the toggle switch, you should have the toggle switch control a relay. They may have given you one but if you power more lights off it, you will need a relay that can handle the total amperage that the lights will draw.

Just get a power distribution block from pep boys for $24. You can plug in multiple neons into it, and connect it to your battery. The power block has all the things u need to control amps and has an on off switch built in. Its everything you need in one.
