Nothing, you are blinded by the light... :)

6000K is more of a bright white, 8000K gets you to a blue light, and it starts going purple at around 10000K I believe. The higher you go, the further you go towards the right of the spectrum.

I would say 6k... I like 5k-6k more

If you're looking for purple, you'll have to go with something above 9000K. Helios has the 12000K kit which is really purple, but not as bright as the 6000 or 8000K kits.

5300k here. Pure, crystal white light with a very small hint of blue.

As you go higher in temperature, you don't get as much light. More color, less light projection.

Exactly what I meant. They have the chart showing the lumens vs. intensity somewhere online.

I'd say stick with 6k. My personal opinion...I like those more than others.

well i have some 6000k on my car and they are great....not blue (no need) they are white with a very little hint of blue. besides the higher past 6000 you go the less light output u get......so then it becomes a question of do u want brighter lights or headlight like a car u dont have

I've got 6k. They are mostly white with a slight hint of purple.

Those Silverstars look yellowish. They say their lights put out a good amount of white light. Those are the ones I have in my car right now. How much of a difference is there between the 6K and 8K? I guess the 6K isn't that blue then? Are 6K lights pretty much different between companies or are they pretty much the same?
