Im sure this question pops up all the time, but, if y'all could spare me and just give me the quick answer id appreciate it. My friend bought a universal boost controller and asked me to install it. It is a fine eBay piece and came with instructions for installing it on a 92 Toyota MR2 turbo. From what I can get from the instructions, I need to find the line going from the intake side of the turbo to the wastegate. So far I can only find the oil line and a rubber line coming off from the wasegate that runs up to the top of the engine bay on the passenger side. What am I missing? It should be a simple install but not for me. Thanks very much

you need the wastegate signal line. and Put the Boost controller in between that line. The line will either go to the turbo or a vac source in the manifold. So just find the rubber vac line to the wastegate and cut it. thats wherer the controller goes.

all you have to do is follow the line that your stock bpv (by pass valve) is hooked to and on the bottom side of the T there is a line going to your wastegate...follow the instructions and you should be set.
