Yes, finally selling our baby to make room for the new Audi. Here are the details:

- 2003 Mazdaspeed Protege

- Color: Spicy Orange (only 600 of these color ever produced)

- Production #1616 of 1750 Mazdaspeeds produced

- 27,500 miles

- less than 1000 miles on new Kumho rubber

- tinted windows (pic below does not show tint which was just added recently)

- K&N Cone filter is only mod. No other performance mods have ever been added.

- Great condition. Car has never been crashed or had any damages repaired. A few minor rock chips which are typical of a nearly 3 year old car but no dents or dings. Car comes with a full bottle of Mazda factory touch-up paint in spicy orange. I am a clean freak about my cars (as others who know me on this forum can attest to). This car has been kept immaculately clean and detailed at all times since it was purchased. I hand wax at least every 6 months and applied a complete hand wax myself only 2 weeks ago. The interior is nearly showroom perfect.

- all service records, oil change receipts, manuals, original window sticker, and promotional materials in a file for the next owner.

- purchased new by me in 2003. I am the original owner.

- here is the SCC review with specs and praise on this fantastic little car: http://www.sportcompactcarweb.com/features/0301scc_20gsmazda/index.html

- Car is in the Raleigh, NC area and must be purchased and picked up locally.

- PRICE: $15,000 (neg.) PM me or email me at mynameistheprince@gmail.com if interested or if you have any questions for me about the car.

Man, if it's as nice as you say it's a very sweet ride. I've got room for another but my gf is hung up on her damn Accord. Hope you hold out for a good price...these things are rare.

Yeah, I'll miss the hell out of this car. My wife is the main one who drives it and she loves it so much she's basically turned down an EVO and an STI that I've been trying to get her into for the past year. She finally caved in for a new A4 2.0T Quattro with the S-line package....it's a sweet ride.

Congrats on not getting one with the 2 bullet holes in the front bumper (license plate) I sure hope you get your asking price. Though I've got a few more mods, mine's basically the same. If I could get 15k for my car, I'd have myself a nice downpayment for the MS6. Good luck!

OMG! I just realized they don't all have bullet holes! (screams) Why'd I have to get a Missouri car? Dammit.

lol....yeah, no front plates in NC. I will never take delivery of a car with holes drilled into the bodywork. Reminds me....I gotta call the Audi salesman and make sure that car they're bringing in for us doesn't have them....or else he can just send it right back.

Well, I didn't wanna trade it in and get screwed on the trade so I just decided to sell the MSP outright. After we buy the new car we don't have a payment due for about 45 days so that gives us a month and a half before we start doubling up on car payments. If it doesn't sell quickly I'll just sell it to Carmax.
