im trying to tune my MBC to be at 8-9 psi but each time i try set it up it gors up to 10 or more, right now i have, i have the dine adjusting screw at 3 turns and the coarse screw at one, any suggestions pleae

Try 1/4 or 1/2 turns after you go around at least three times. Four-five turns will give you more than 8-9 psi. It may spike 1-2 psi, but pay attention to where it settles at through the RPM band.
