AEM released these filters for their Brute Force line (truck/SUV). They've now come out with sizes for all applications.
I'll be working on a replacement number for various Protege intake systems and ordering one for my Injen system shortly.

They are washed in water with a mild soap, yes.

Too bad the Blitz SUS filter isn't better at filtering (maybe if you run a current through it, like the Ionic Breeze, then you'll have mountain fresh intake). Otherwise that'd be my intake of choice.

We call that filter the gravel gaurd. ;)
Usually filtering is a trade off to flow. The oiled cotton style has shown to be the best middle point for a long time, but these are looking to be an upgrade to that.

Are there a variety of sizes/shapes available?
