I'm just wondering which provides better air flow. I'm guessing they are pretty close to the same, but that is only a guess.
Thanks

RX-7!! The 323 GT-X(you are talking about the US one, right?) B6T one, a "P" code, I got one at a junkyard and tried it on my Protege and could not get it to work(CEL light/limp mode, etc). Don't know if it was broken, however. I've had 2 RX-7 ones on my car and they bother worked great...first one broke because I messed with too much and the contact copper piece broke off.
For airflow, B and P code(as well as K(MX-6/626 GT) and possibly X, though I've never tried an X code(929 S)) AFMs are the same size so they flow the same. The P code has a different contact thingy which might be why it doesn't work on the Protege. The K code AFM would work, but runs on 3 to 5 volts where as the Protege uses a 1 to 3 volt scale(that's why the RX-7 one works).
If you need assistence tuning the B code AFM, I know how to do it. I tune mine every now and then...I'm a JDM B code AFM tuner yo!

I'm pretty sure it's JDM from a GTX.

Oh...I don't know in that case...if they are the same physical size then they'll give you the same performance but you'll still have to tune it.
