i have a 1997 mazda protege LX with the small 1.5L engine. I hate how slow it is, i have all the stuff to make it look good but i havent put anything on because i'm thinking of selling the car and all parts on ebay and getting a WRX or the RX-7 from the guy down the street. I really like the way my protege looks but its so damn slow. MONEY IS NOT AN OPTION!! but please help me out with the best engine swaps and upgrades for the swaps. oh by the way if anyone out there is selling a manuel tranny for a 97 protege, give me an email(mine is automatic(help))

no way.

a BPT is a turbo charged four cylinder motor, 1.8 liter, that never sold in the states. it was used in the 323/Familia GTR and is found in japan and australia. corksport often sells them.
