whats up y'all don't know where else to put this thread, name is bradley, live in shreveport, louisiana. just bought an mp3, but already have parts for it cause i bought it from one of my good friends that bought a speed. he was plannin on upgrading it but never got the chance or money too, but i have both. i've already got a turbo kit for it, short throw shift, and am plannin on buying a new clutch for it. mine is blue, it looks stock on the outside, but i've also got a few things going on for the exterior. but anyways, glad to finally sign up

damn nice start, just make sure u get some type of ems to run that turbo.

i am getting a greddy ems with the kit, i just need to find some internal parts from a speed so i can boost higher than 2-3 psi. cause the engine internals are still stock

engine internalss on the MP3 & MSP are the same...get some aftermarket internals..




i am getting a greddy ems with the kit, i just need to find some internal parts from a speed so i can boost higher than 2-3 psi. cause the engine internals are still stock

actually i'll just give u a list of the parts. i've got a bored out 16g turbo, custom hi flow turbo manifold, stage 3 clutchmasters clutch, 550 cc injectors being controlled bye a greddy e manage kit, side mount intercooler (same as eclipse gst's), custom metal piping, greddy type s bov, b & m short throw shifter, sparco shift knob, custom 2.5' downpipe, aem cold air intake, and a system, so really all i need is the engine internals, and i'm whoopin some stock and maybe even slightly modified speeds.

well as said before, get aftermarket forged engine internals. The way you made it sound is that you were looking to get internals from a speed...which are the same peices of crap that you have in there now./..

wait, the internals are the same, a buddy of mine with a speed said that the engines are different because the mp3 has a higher cmopression than the speed, said i need to get the pistons and rods from a speed

so is the compression thing true or what, i don't know much about it yet, so i really need a little help,lol, cause i don't have a small turbo being put on it

your WAY better off paying for aftermarket internals....the MSP internals suck just as bad...
