Warped Strut?

Before we even go into this, it should be noted that my car has been totaled and is armed and dangerous with a rebuilt title (poke). With that being said, my car pulls pretty rough to the right the majority of the time. It also leans a bit low to the right in the front end. So, I'm thinking that it's a warped strut or something. Anyone have any ideas and has anyone had this problem other than I?

and just for details sake, my car only pulls to the right when I am giving the car gas. Thanks alot. And let the laughter and name calling begin (hah)

By "rebuilt" I'm guessing you mean it has gone to the bodyshop and the frame has been checked and straightened out as necessary?

Could be more than a warped strut. If it pulls and leans like that..hopefully the whole frame is still square and equal in all aspects. A warped strut would also probably make some sort of weird noise.

I hit a curb in my old vw bug, and bent the whole suspension, blowing the strut. Of cours,e I was 16, and drove it holding the steering wheel up to the time I sold it. The next owner apparently replaced everything, and it was fine.

I would look into what totalled the car. If it was in a right front collision, the suspsension, tie rods, frame, etc could be fucked up.

Take it to a mechanic for inspection. Hopefully the fram is square, and it is just suspension damage.

Supposedely, the people who sold it to me had the entire car inspected by the governemnt and all of that bull shit. I'll get it checked again. I hate being screwed over.

have you checked air pressure in the tires? Might be as simply as that.

stupid question, but have you gotten your alignment checked?

if its leaning to one side and pulling to that side... your frame is more than likely still NOT straight...

Or the strut is not warped, it is bent to fuck. If the car has always leaned, it is bad.

It wasn't as bad at first. BUT, if the frame does turn out to be warped, then i'll get a new car. And i checked all the alignment and air pressure and things of that nature. I'm due for another alignment, so I'll go get another one and see if that makes any difference. Anyone know how much it would cost for me to go get my frame checked out?
