Does anyone know what wire off the ecu is for the speed sensor? i am trying to hook up my greddy fatt and it show's it going to the speed sensor out of the ecu.

Speed Sensor, orange or green/red, N/A, pin 58 on ECM

Hey guys, sorry to revive this old thread but I did a search and couldn't find a direct answer
I have a 2002 Protege5, and from what I've been able to find, it seems that the SPEED SENSOR WIRE does NOT come to the audio head unit connector (pin I in the photo in the link below).

I was stupid enough not to be thorough and actually check and now I might have to rewire to the ECU.
Can anyone confirm for me?

Be careful there are 2 Green/Red wires on the harness - make sure you splice the correct one!

Well, I guess you need to find a manual to find out which is the right cable for the speed sensor. I am sure speed racer lover can help you. sorry i am just a newbie in cars, and trying to find out different things about it. Thanks
