The current Auto, Motor und Sport (German mag) has a preview (or better say educated guess) of future VWs until 2008.

Dates (in calendar years) for the German market:
2005:
Golf GT, Touran CNG, Caddy CNG

2006:
Touran 1.4 TSI (140hp twincharged version)
Polo GTI (should debut at the Tokio Motor show, 150hp 2.0T)
Polo Eco (extra fuel-efficient Polo 1.4 TDI 70hp - should get 3.8l/100km or 61mpg on average)
Eos
Crossfox
Crosspolo
Crossgolf (Pseudo SUV versions with FWD)
Touareg gets a facelift

2007:
Golf gets a facelift (Jetta front end with the chrome grill, LED rear lights)
Golf/Jetta Wagon
Jetta Hybrid for the US market
all new Sharan (based on the Passat)

2008:
Marrakesh (Golf SUV - made in Germany)
Phaeton successor (no more sedan, Audi based, more like an Mercedes R-Class competitor)
Beetle Ragster - VW does work on a Beetle successor, but they´re still in the idea-finding phase.
all new Polo - 5 doors only, the Fox replaces the 3 door Polo
new Scirocco: 2+2 seater, sits on the Golf platform, around 4.2m length, base price under 20k €, main engine 1.4 TSI Of course, all subject to change and merely speculation on behalf of AMS at the moment. VW intends to show a few more models than those on the list.
