fs: never used xm radio

bought a jvc radio and it is able to control sirius satellite. therefore, i am selling a new (never used) xm skyfi satellite radio, adapter kit and fm modulator. i was going to put it in my truck, but never got around to it before getting rid of it. all parts are in new never used condition. the only part missing is the tape deck insert for the adapter kit (not needed due to the fm modulator). will not part out. paid over $200 for everything. willing to sell for $125+shipping.
