MSP complete part out including engine and tranny...part 2

Here let me do this right the second time around, ok I finally got the car from WTF911....and I have actual pics, and I am doing it the way that the mods are asking me. This is your website, and I will follow the rules as applied. Here is the pics of the car in my possession. The car does run, and it runs perfect w/ no knocking or anything. There was no damage at all to the front of the car, the car was a rollover, and did nothing to the front, hence the airbags not deploying. Engine was not started for 3 months, and I just did a jump start, and it started right up with no problems. I am selling the engine and tranny complete for 2200, that is harness, axles, ecu, mounts, engine, tranny, and the turbo and everything, I will get rid of it all in one shot. everything needed to make the car work. I have the seats, rims, trunk w/ a spoiler, headlights, everything under the hood, also the suspension. There was NO suspension damage to the car either. The car has all over damage, please email or PM with parts needed, but as far as me taking pics of everything that I am selling I would be here all day, but I am willing to make the effort. Not sure if you are aware, but the Sparco shifter and pedals were stock on the MSP. Unless the previous owner traded them for a different set of pedals. You can verify that here:

Now if you meant that the pedals and shifter on the MSP were not the same as the stock ones on the regular Protege, then you are correct.

it is not cracked....it is scratched, you will ahve to get it painted, not fixed. There is a big difference, no bondo or bodywork is needed, just sanding down and painting

Listen people, I am sorry about not accepting paypal, I am new on here, I actually bought this car from a member on here who wouldn't part it out, and you all were complaining that he wouldn't part it out. I bought the car to part it out, I saw an opportunity to make a little money and I took a chance. Just think of it like this, I didn't buy this car to fix, or I didn't buy this car for nothing. I bought this car for one reason only, to make money, and help people out with parts that they need. I know that this is a speciality car, and a kinda rare car, espeically to be parted out. couple of odd pieces i'm looking for:

the factory wire harness for the CD player. i had to hard wire mine back in 01 because there wasnt a plug availible yet. i would like to re-wire a stock plug on there for ease of future cd player swaps. all i need is you to cut the plug off with abou 6 inches or so of wire.
did the MSP come with a wiring harness for the kenwood? if so, i'll take that too.

Well you got my pm which replies to this and why I am asking for a refund. Actually I don't have/never received the suspension/brakes and I don't want them, I just want this deal to be over and I want my money back. After doing some more research I found the previous title number to that titanium MSP that was on ebay. The title number was #: 0094233225 and was registered in Tampa, FL. A DMV report can be ordered through the Florida DMV to find out who that car was registered to also. The only other place the car was registered to was in Daly City, CA.

BTW Left Spoony a voicemail on the number that I have for him. Where are you man? Is this all worth it for you?? You should just refund everyone thier money. From what I know this is considered internet fraud and $540 + everyone else's money is considered a felony.

Lucky you well here is my first step if I don't get my money by friday depending upon the mail and the holdiay....

1) certified letter from my attorney

2) report to the Tampa PD about my situation

3) contact my bank to find out what bank and account number the check was deposited and attempt to make a claim against the accout number with my findings similar to the above situation.

I already reported this to fraud.org and I will retract my report and say the issue is resolved only if my money is returned.. MSPTitan, I'm pming you, I will give you my number if you want and we can talk i would like to know the banking information to where your check went including phone numbers, etc. so I can get the ball rolling on this. what ever the hell you do DONT go to his home, work, leave threatening messages on his cell, etc. scumbags like this can end up taking you to court by having a family member or some other dirtbag file harassment or strong arming on you. ive had to bail a friend out of jail from going to a persons house looking for his 15k from a botched 4x4 sale in utah. you dont want that grief.

this happens all too often and i do recovery work on the side for off road rigs. if i would have been in town earlier i could have done some tracking for you. anything you would need to do via bank transactions and mail can be traced back, albeit it takes work but depending on what amount of money is at risk, you decide.

people do shitty things like this all the time and its one of million reasons i do not use paypal. its a faulty system and if someone wants my money bad enough they will take a cashiers check or usps money order and ill not deal with unreliable people that have money in a paypal acct and then close it or remove funds to leave the morons at paypal to deal with it. read pp fine print, they arent required to do jack sh/t for you. they will send you a letter if your lucky or an email and tell you that your request for return of funds because of non receipt of parts, etc cant be processed. there's no funds in the accts cause these scumbags clean it out and are gone like a fart in the wind.

bottom line from someone that's had to deal with scum like this. its one thing to say stuff online but when you take it to someones turf its their show and that's never gonna be worth it. don't risk being taken by that person twice.

I do still continue to give the guy the benefit of the doubt, I don't believe he would continue answering his phone if wasn't possibly trying to make an effort. If anything he would disconnect it/get a new #. He did state to me that he is going to make everything right with everyone, I hope that is the case for all of us.

Mods won't let well know members of this board post a GI thread without a picture, but this particular thread went on for far to many pages before anything was brought up and acted upon. That indeed is a little odd.

wasn't rambling per say about pay pal. its the sh/tbags that take peoples money and run. was offering advice from a situation that i had been in with my best friend. hot heads sometimes get the best of us and not only loosing money but having to bailed out of jail would just give that person more satisfaction. no need to be a dick.

Advice is always welome and this is the truth. It's like the story of "he stole my money and then I beat him up". Who winds up getting screwed? The guy who beat him up lol. Regardless of what was owed.

That is exactly why I will make sure I go through all legal proceeding correctly if I have to. Hopefully not though, but I can't but help and be negative at this point and say it's going to take time and legal muscle to get my money.

I feel the same. If you are really looking to scam people the smart way, you don't give them your full address and all information. Well that is unless you take all the money and move to Africa where noone will ever find you again.

I work in real estate on the side and that happens all the time. Guy sells house, takes money and bam leaves country without paying taxes, etc. Then comes back a few years later under a different name to probably do it all over again. (notcool)

Best thing for you to do is call your bank asap and talk to them about the wire transfer and have them contact his bank if possible.

I got a postal money order from him today in the full amount. I also sent a letter out today from my attorney, but that was before I got the refund lol. Well it takes a day or so for the postal money order to clear, but hopefully it does. How is everyuthing else going with this?
