So if you read my other post i was bitchin about how my motor mount was ripped, well after thinking about it and doing some research ive come to a conclusion. Ill be making my own! I own my own business and guess what we do there?? Rhino Linings, for those of you that dont know what that is its a sprayed on POLYEURETHANE truck bed liner. the chemicals we use are isosionate and resin, and once they harden are extremely strong. ill be making a mold so that all i have to do is pour in the stuff, peel the cast away and bam. anyways depending on how well it works i would consider making them availible to anyone else who is interested. Once i get to work tomorrow ill take pics of some of the various things around the shop that ive made with the rhino.

and on a side note, one day i was messing around with the chemicals and i filled up a gatorade bottle and then peeled the plastic off of it. i then took the mold and set it on the cement outside and put the bucket of a bobcat on it and pressed down, i was expecting it to cut the mold in half but nope. it lifted the front wheels off the ground and the weight was all on the mold i made.

i dont really remember, not that heavy. A full truck bed is only like 15-25 lbs and thats 1/4" thick on the bottom and 1/8" on the sides.

Yea i did it and i dont know about the whold thing. It idles a little rough, sometimes you can feel the engine shaking at LOW rpms. That could also be the aluminum flywheel, i heard they can make u idle too low.
